Hi, I’m Mel: videographer, storyteller, and lifelong romantic.

I grew up completely enchanted by the worlds of Nancy Meyers and Nora Ephron. Their films made me believe in love stories. The witty banter, the cozy kitchens, the sweeping gestures, and the quiet, tender moments. Around the time I discovered When Harry Met Sally (and watched it a shockingly outrageous number of times for a twelve-year-old) I coincidentally picked up my very first camcorder and hardly ever put it down. I didn’t know it then, but those two passions were about to become the through-line of my business.

 

My style? Think cinematic, warm, and nostalgic. The kind of film that transports you right back to your day: the butterflies, the laughter, the happy tears, the grand, sweeping moments that take your breath away and the sweet candid moments you didn’t even realize were happening. There’s a reason it’s the most special day of your lives and my purpose as your videographer is to ensure it stays the most unforgettable one, too.

 

As Father of the Bride so perfectly puts it: “It all happened in the blink of an eye.” My job is to make sure you can relive it, in all of its glory, forever.
